Through the microscope eyepiece, the engineer rigorously evaluates two factors: the microscopic surface finish and the razor-sharp definition of the etched barcodes. The surface finish must be completely pristine—zero dust, zero smudges. Simultaneously, the microscopic barcodes must be flawlessly sharp. If a single line is blurred or a particle disrupts the finish, the sensors in the field will misread the position. Our strict manufacturing SOP ensures that only perfect disks advance to assembly.
