Overview

The XT-03 represents the cutting edge of 3D perception technology. As a fully solid-state LiDAR sensor, it eliminates mechanical rotating components (such as MEMS or spinning prisms) completely. Instead, it utilizes advanced CMOS integrated photonics and high-precision phase resolution algorithms to achieve high-speed, high-density 3D point cloud acquisition.

Capable of outputting up to 1.2 million points per frame with a resolution of 1280×960, the XT-03 is the ideal perception solution for mobile robots, security monitoring, and smart interaction systems.

Key Technologies

  • iToF (Indirect Time-of-Flight): Uses Modulated Continuous Wave (MCW) laser technology to measure distance via phase difference. This delivers higher resolution and frame rates at short-to-medium ranges compared to traditional methods.

  • Full Solid-State Architecture: Features a Back-Side Illuminated (BSI) CMOS sensor and a VCSEL laser array. The lack of moving parts significantly enhances lifespan and shock resistance.

  • High-Fidelity Data: Supports multi-frequency modulation and anti-aliasing algorithms to effectively suppress multipath interference and flying pixel noise, ensuring clean data even in complex scenes.
