Warranty Information
WARRANTY
Should any defect develop, please contact the dealer where the equipment was purchased. The dealer will advise you on the action to be taken.
Wear and damage to equipment caused by misuse, rough handling, shipping, abnormal conditions of operation, alteration, servicing or tampering by unauthorized parties, fire, accident, water damage, acts of God or other casualty are not covered by warranty and such repairs, if requested, will be billed to the equipment owner after approval of a cost estimate. DADI authorized staff technicians are the sole determinant and final authority in these matters.
The purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy shall be repair or replacement of a product as provided herein. There are no expressed or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for use.
DADI shall not be liable for any inconvenience, loss, injury or direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from the possession of this equipment.
This warranty may not be modified or extended without written consent by DADI. Additional warranty coverage may be purchased at the time of the transaction. All warranty terms are subject to change without notice.
