Return
Returns of new merchandise will only be accepted within thirty (30) days from date of purchase.
Returns for credit will be accepted only if they are accompanied by a "Return Goods Authorization" (RGA). An RGA will be issued by contacting DADI Instruments. Goods will not be received without a copy of the original invoice accompanying the shipment. Returns for credit are issued solely at the discretion of DADI. This policy does not give either a dealer or end-user a discretionary right to return goods to DADI.
Goods returned to DADI may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
